— To improve financial education for kids and teens, Revolut created a standalone app for Gen Z, now used by over 5 million users. I led design in the <18 department, supporting growth, education, and core teams. I'm especially proud of the onboarding redesign we implemented
— Users lack a common way to access, manage, and self-serve their Spotify products. Keeping this key issues in mind, we initiated a company-bet to design the Spotify Account Management framework for users, creators, and teams across all platforms. Phase 1 alone reduced customer support contacts by 8%
— While working in the Subscription team, I helped create new ways to add value for subscribers by experimenting with features and applying design discovery methods. We also began developing a top-tier subscription offering
— At Amazon, I collaborated with multiple teams, including Search, Checkout, and Reviews. One of my favorite projects was designing the video creation concept to provide tools for creators and reviewers to enhance the Amazon video experience
— At Fjord, I designed a call center platform for EDP. This project was a special milestone for me, as my first job was in a call center before I began my career in design
